Your Introduction Day
A warm welcome, key information, and a structured onboarding plan. You will also meet new colleagues and get familiar with the culture of PINKO, a.s. -
Structured Plan & Trainer
A clearly defined training schedule awaits you. During your first days, an experienced trainer or coordinator will guide you through all modern technologies, processes, and any required administration. -
Practice & Independence
Once you’ve gained the necessary knowledge, you start working independently — still under supervision and always with quick access to your trainer for consultation. -
Monitoring & Feedback
Throughout your adaptation period, we provide ongoing constructive feedback and monitor your progress. This helps you see your development clearly and understand what can still be improved. -
Full Start & Professional Growth
After successfully completing your training and final check with your supervisor, you begin working fully independently. If you show talent and motivation, we will support your further professional development and career growth.
